Wine & Food pairings

A very precise and immediately seductive nose: squeezed lemon, pink grapefruit, and a hint of mint. Palate: a beautiful combination of freshness and liveliness. The tension doesn't detract from the savory, even gourmand, side of this lovely Mercurey.

To be enjoyed with shellfish, seafood, tapas, quiche Lorraine, mixed salads.

Expertise: Hand-picked, then grapes transported in small crates to our winery in Beaune. Traditional vinification. Aging: 50% in vats to maintain freshness and 50% in 350-liter barrels (20% new wood) to gently round out the wine.
