Beautiful bright red colour. Nose on ripe red fruits (raspberry), followed by a complex bouquet of dark fruits. Wide and mouthwatering palate. We already guess and enjoy the 2019 vintage concentration. A promise of fine ageing potential, both in our Albert Bichot cellars and after bottling in YOUR cellar!
Wine & food pairings - cellaring potential
Cured cold meats, ham in wine sauce, lamb rack with herbs, spicy veggie tajine, mild to strong cheese (Livarot, Epoisses)
We will decide during the Hospices de Nuits auction on the 8th of March one of the Premier Cru Cuvées, based on a maximum hammer price of 8 000 €.
