Tasting notes & food pairings

Albert Bichot’s view: clean yellow color with honey accents. Fresh nose of candied citrus, yellow fruit and hints of lime blossom. Round and full-bodied on the palate. A pleasure wine worthy of its noble Mâcon origins.

Food pairings: enjoy on its own as an aperitif, with a few salmon toasts or small cubes of Comté cheese. A nice spinach salad with a few walnut chips, a codfish steak or goat cheese would also be wonderful!
