The intense bouquet exudes aromas of red and black fruits (cherry, blackcurrant, blackberry, etc.) blended with delicate wood, evolving over time towards more complex aromas (spices, undergrowth). "Les Sorbets" is a Premier Cru located at an altitude of 250 meters. Its name refers to the mountain ash, a tree commonly found on this plot.

Morey-Saint-Denis lies between Gevrey-Chambertin to the north and Chambolle-Musigny to the south. The vineyard covers 94 hectares, including 41 hectares of Premier Cru, almost exclusively red wines. This appellation provides a transition between the masculine character of Gevrey-Chambertin and the delicate character of Chambolle-Musigny.
