One of the most gorgeous terrins in Côte de Nuits. A very delicate, subtle, refined Pinot Noir from Burgundy. Great ageing potential.
Terroirs
Les Sentiers is a fabulous plot and terroir, just below grand cru Bonnes Mares, towards Morey St Denis, at mid slope. Hand picked. About 25% whole cluster. Traditional open wooden vats vinification. Barrel ageing with a high-level selection of oaks from the finest French forests.
