Terroirs
The terroir Premier cru "Chaînes Carteaux"is at mid slope and overlooks the top-level 1er cru "Les Saint-Georges", on the southern side of Nuits-Saint-Georges appellation Know-how : hand harvested. About 25% whole cluster. Traditional vinification in oak vats. Then barrel aged with a small proportion of new oak to preserve fruit and freshness.
