Dégustation
This beautiful premier cru surrounded by walls combines a generous aromatic register (lemon, white flowers, touch of honey) with a beautiful palate. There is roundness as expected with Pouilly, but also a lot of elegance and density. A real pleaser from the aperitif to the meal.
Accords Mets-Vins & Garde
An ideal aperirif, on its own, this Cru will also be a great match with veal lambchops, seafood or dry goat cheese. Very versatile!
Terroirs
In the south of Burgundy, near Macon, Pouilly-Fuissé is a appellation synonym with generosity. The recent classification as Premiers Crus of some of it's best terroirs are justified by their undisputable quality, such as this Aux Quarts, a great parcel.
