Beautiful and shiny yellow robe. A yummy nose with a lot of amplitude: apple, pear and quince aromas. The great mouth density still preserves the underlying minerality of this outstanding Porusots terroirs. Just splendid!

Wine & food pairings - cellaring potential

The generosity and intensity of this wine will match food in the same vein: grilled seafood, mushroom creamy soup, poultry with truffles.

For the frst time in 2005, this Cuvée was made up entirely from the Premier Cru Growth Les Porusots. All the vines here pre-date 1975, indeed some date back to 1936 and 1953.
