Beautiful and shiny yellow robe. A yummy nose with a lot of amplitude: apple, pear and quince aromas. The great mouth density still preserves the underlying minerality of this outstanding Porusots terroirs. Just splendid!

Wine & food pairings - cellaring potential

The generosity and intensity of this wine will match food in the same vein: grilled seafood, mushroom creamy soup, poultry with truffles.

Jéhan Humblot was the state prosecutor and royal notary in Beaune. He donated an extensive property near Montagny to the Hôtel-Dieu, in 1600. For the frst time in 2005, this Cuvée was made up entirely from the Premier Cru Growth Les Porusots. All the vines here pre-date 1975, indeed some date back to 1936 and 1953.
